A Handy Guide to Recover QuickBooks Account

Change your password
If you just need to recover your user ID or reset your password, you can do it from Intuit Account Manager. Let’s have a glance:
Head to the QuickBoosk Payments sign-in page.

Do you still have access to the phone number or email address on file? You can go back to your account within a few minutes:
Firstly, navigate to the QuickBooks sign-in help page.
Now, choose sign-in a different way and select how you want to verify your identity.
After this, enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
Check your QuickBooks registered phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks and type the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to ensure that it’s really you.
Once prompted, click Continue and then reset your password.

To begin with, check your spam or junk folders.
Next, add do_not_reply@intuit.com to your contact list.

Also, make sure to unblock emails from Intuit.
If you no longer have access to your email or phone number, choose an alternative way to verify your account and follow the prompts. When you recover QuickBooks account, you can change your email address or phone number if it’s required.
First of all, take a high-quality photo or scan of your driving license, passport, or other government-issued ID. Or, you can use a notarized document with your name and address.
Now, fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
Within one business day, search for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
Once you get back to your account, you can change your email address or other info.
Restore an inactive account
To start off, go to Settings and choose Chart of Accounts.
Next, hit the Printer icon and select Settings, and then check to Include inactive.
Locate the inactive account you wish to restore. It will be marked as deleted.
After that, select Make active in the Action column.
