Method 2: Use a UNC path filename instead of the mapped drive

  2. Now, select the Run as admin option from the drop-down list. 

  3. You need to press and hold the Ctrl key to open the No Company window. 

  4. From the File menu, select Open or Restore Company then also open a company file then press Next. 

  5. In the left pane, choose the Network and move to the location of your company file. 

  6. The last step is to Set the folder Permissions and then open the company file.
