  3. Locate the files that have the same name as the company file extensions .ND and .TLG Example: company_file.qbw.nd, company_file.qbw.tlg

Method 2: Use a UNC path filename instead of the mapped drive

  3. You need to press and hold the Ctrl key to open the No Company window. 

  4. From the File menu, select Open or Restore Company then also open a company file then press Next. 

  5. In the left pane, choose the Network and move to the location of your company file.
